Sale of NAULLET to SORIBA

Following the communication of December 6, HERIGE Group announces that it has finalized the sale to SORIBA of its NAULLET entity which at 31 December 2016 represented a turnover of €5.2 million[1].
All 33 employees join the SORIBA Group, a specialist in architectural concrete that already has some one hundred employees spread between two production sites in France's Vendée region.
This sale is part of the HERIGE Group's determination to simplify its business portfolio to better focus its investments on development projects in its core business and build greater resilience.
