Deutsche Rohstoff identifies, develops and divests attractive resource projects in North America, Australia and Europe. The focus is on the development of oil and gas opportunities within the United States. Metals, such as gold, copper, rare earth elements, tungsten and tin complete our portfolio. We make good use of the opportunities in the commodity markets to achieve sustainable high returns for our shareholders. Our teams in Denver, Mannheim and Leipzig have extensive experience in the exploration & development of natural resource projects. In the United States, we were able to bring a total of 20 oil wells into production within the past three years. In Australia, we operated a gold mine and a tungsten mine. Since the IPO in May 2010, we have placed several capital raisings and two corporate bonds with a total volume of over EUR 120 million. During this time we were able to sell four of our projects with proceeds of USD 250 million and a pre-tax profit of around USD 150 million. Deutsche Rohstoff is solidly financed and has a high equity ratio. It is the goal of the Management to ensure an attractive share price performance. Furthermore, we want to enable shareholders to participate in the company’s success through increasing dividends.
