EQS-Ad-hoc: TAKKT AG / Key word(s): Dividend TAKKT Management Board proposes payment of a dividend of EUR 1.00 per share
Stuttgart, Germany, February 13, 2024. Subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, TAKKT will propose the payment of a dividend totaling EUR 1.00 per share to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. The amount to be paid out is the same as in the previous year. It consists of a base dividend of EUR 0.60 and a special dividend of EUR 0.40. The Shareholders’ Meeting will decide on the proposal on May 17. The proposal is in line with TAKKT‘s dividend policy, which provides for the possibility of special dividends if the equity ratio is high. Thanks to its very solid balance sheet and strong cash flow, the Group has sufficient financial resources for acquisitions and the ongoing share buyback program even after payment of the dividend.
