Creation of a European leader in identification solutions
The merger between ASK and the Identification division of the Paragon group was finalised early May. The combination of the two companies results in the creation of a leader in the identification and traceability market, with strong industrial capacities in Europe, China and the USA.
The two entities are already well recognised as market leaders in mass transit & access control sectors. The merging of teams of renowned industry experts, with approximately 600 employees worldwide and a turnover of €110 M allows the group to further develop a comprehensive offer, based on all secure exchange technologies such as RFID and NFC.

Unique benefits from innovation
Our patented technology is based on a silver ink printed antenna on a paper, Teslin® or polycarbonate substrate. The flexibility of the printed antenna allows for unrivalled mechanical resistance of the final product and the raw materials are cost effective and recyclable. The roll to roll manufacturing process allows large volume production and a constant printing quality. Since its creation, ASK has focused on innovation and has ensured its products, its manufacturing process and its raw materials are updated in order to meet any new client requirements or business lines. ASK holds 59 global patents, on contactless cards and tickets, e-passport inlays and couplers.
