With Trump saying trade talks going well - markets have been boosted in early trading Europe - the chart shows (green arrow) - premarket DOW price - 27060 looks like a level that needs to be cleared to see rally to new highs -
Again all hinges on talks - (however these talks are only to avoid new increased tariffs - THE TRADE WAR is still going)
