NMI Health Enters into Master Distributorship Agreement with South African Company Maby Corporate Clothing

Maby to Distribute NMI Products to African Continent and Four Additional Countries

FISHKILL, NY / ACCESSWIRE / January 6, 2015 / NMI Health Inc. (NMI or the company) (OTC Pink: NANM) (PINKSHEETS: NANM) today announced that it had entered into a master distributorship agreement with Johannesburg, South Africa based Maby Corporate Clothing (Pty) Limited to distribute a wide range of NMI healthcare products, including scrubs, lab coats, patient gowns, sheets, blankets and towels to the African continent, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Founded in 1958, Maby is a South African based manufacturer and distributor of corporate clothing with a client base focused on Financial, Healthcare, Land and Air Travel, Retail Stores and Government Institutions. Maby will market NMI's antimicrobial products to the health care market. Maby is part of House of Volare, a 370 employee company formed by the strategic merger of Maby Corporate Clothing, Chef Works and Gross & Co.
