Bilendi (previously the Maximiles Group) was founded in 1999 by Marc Bidou, its current CEO. Supported from the outset by a development capital fund, the company was floated on the stock market in 2005 on the Alternext d’Euronext market in Paris (Code ISIN FR 0004174233 - Code MNEMO. ALBLD). Bilendi was awarded the Innovative Business label by BPI France.
At a time when the volume, variety and speed of issued and exchanged data is rising at an exponential rate, Bilendi brings an innovative, technological response for data collection, management and assessment. Bilendi has data at the heart of it business and is focused primarily on two market segments:
• Services for Market Research: with more than 2.2 million highly qualified proprietary panellists and partnerships throughout the world.
• Services for Customer Engagement and Loyalty: with 8 million programme members in 4 countries.
In 2016, Bilendi achieved a turnover of € 22.5 million.
Following the integration in March 2017 of iVOX BVBA, the market leader in online panels in Belgium, the group’s 2016 revenue now reaches €24.8m (1), delivered by a European and Nordic-wide team of 190 people.
Bilendi now ranks in the top 5 digital service providers for the market research industry in Europe.
