Noir is a decentralized digital currency with anonymous features and community governance. To ensure accessibility to all users, Noir uses a Proof of Stake system. Noir is developing into a currency that is not only traded for speculative reasons, but also one that enables people to buy products and services in a secure and anonymous way. Noir has no max supply and a constant 2% annual inflation. Thus, anyone in the world can benefit from an untraceable coin. Not just a certain number of people. The actual block reward is 2.2 Noir per block. With the block 480000 the reward was splitt to 0.66 for stakers, 1.1 Noir for Masternodes and 0.44 for a dev fund. Each block takes around 2.5 minutes to mature. Noir has no block halving.
