Further to the announcement made by the Company on 7 December 2018 at 07:00:11, the Company wishes to clarify that the issued share capital following the issue of 12,305 ordinary shares will consist of 57,014,331 ordinary shares and 28,488,690 subscription shares, not 28,488,708 subscription shares as previously stated.
