NUMERAI is a weekly data science competition. Predictions submitted by users steer Numerai's hedge fund together. A weekly prize pool is paid out to the top performing users who stake.
Numeraire (NMR) is an Ethereum ERC20 token created by Numerai in June 2017. If you are interested, you can read the contract code at numerai/contract on our Github and follow the deployed contract on Etherscan.
If you want to stake but don't have any NMR, you can submit without staking and you will receive 0.1 NMR per benchmark beat. If you are in a hurry, you can always buy some on exchanges and deposit it into your Numerai wallet.
