Delta Galil Industries Ltd. (“Delta”) today announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed U.S. initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The number of ordinary shares to be offered, the price range for the proposed offering and the timing of the offering have not yet been determined. The U.S. initial public offering is subject, among other things, to market and other conditions and the completion of the SEC’s review process, and there is no assurance that the offering will be completed.
