Calculation Envelopes - Trading bands
The calculation is easy, first calculate the (n period) arithmetic moving average on the closing prices.
For the upper band, add a percentage % from the data of the moving average.
Do the same thing for the lower band but you must subtract the same percentage %.
In a market without trend, the lower and upper bands are used as support and resistance.
