The current short-term bearish trend is expected to quickly fix the basic bearish trend. To avoid contradicting the short term, it would be possible to favour short positions (for sale) for GBP/PLN as long as the price remains well below 5.2750 PLN. The sellers” bearish objective is set at 5.2533 PLN. A bearish break of this support would revive the bearish momentum. The sellers could then target the support located at 5.2231 PLN. If there is any crossing, the next objective would be the support located at 5.1209 PLN.
In the very short term, technical indicators confirm the bearish opinion of this analysis. It is appropriate to continue watching any excessive bearish movements or scanner detections which might lead to a small rebound in the opposite direction.
