Lloyds' chief economist 'not convinced' UK will raise rates before US

Lloyds' chief economist, Trevor Williams, on the UK economy and where the pound may move. He explains, to IG, why the Bank of England will wait to raise rates till 2015 and says that the pound will only remain at these elevated levels in the event the Bank of England raises rates before the Federal Reserve. Mr Williams says that he is 'not convinced' that this will happen and the Fed may move BEFORE the BoE.
