A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S – Management change – New CFO
With effect from no later than 1 January 2019, Carolina Dybeck Happe will take up the position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S and will become a member of the Executive Board.
Carolina Dybeck Happe, age 45, comes from a position as Executive Vice President and CFO of ASSA ABLOY Group, Sweden. Prior to her current position, she held various finance leadership positions in ASSA ABLOY (2002-2011) and served as Group CFO of Trelleborg (2011-12). Carolina Dybeck Happe holds an MSc in Finance & Administration from University of Uppsala, Sweden. Since 2016 she has been member of the Supervisory Board of E.ON SE.
The Executive Board of A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S will hereafter consist of CEO Søren Skou, Vice CEO Claus V. Hemmingsen, CFO Carolina Dybeck Happe, Vincent Clerc, Morten Engelstoft, and Søren Toft.
