H&K AG: Citi mandated

H&K AG, being the ultimate parent company of the Heckler & Koch Group, has mandated Citi to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 27th April in London. A debt capital markets transaction may follow in the near future subject to management decision and market conditions. Relevant stabilisation regulations including FCA/ICMA will apply.
