Dublin, California, July 1, 2019 – Ross Dress for Less^® ("Ross") will open a new store in San Luis Obispo on July 20, 2019.  The 22,000 square foot store is located in the Madonna Plaza at the southwest corner of Madonna Road and U.S. Highway 101.  With this new opening, Ross will operate 314 stores in California and a total of 1,511 locations.
