Why I’m trading EuroStoxx: Lucas

Steve Lucas, of 3cAnalysis, is planning to trade SEP'16 EuroStoxx.
He aims to short if market extends higher first or deteriorates. Lucas plans to sell at 3,060, just below Aug 15 high of 3,065 with a stop loss at 3,089. The targets are 3,020 and 2,973.
If market doesn't rally, Lucas plans to sell back down through 2,995 with a stop loss at 3,025, and targets of 2,973 and 2,948.
