Update and end of the share buyback program (14 June 2018)

Kinepolis Group NV informs that within the framework of the share buyback program, as announced per 22 December 2017, with a maximum of 360,000 shares, the following transactions took place in the period from 11 June 2018 till 12 June 2018 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of 11 May 2016 :
