Banimmo heeft net de laatste termijn betaald van het gesyndikeerd krediet van 77 miljoen euro dat ze was aangegaan bij ING en KBC. Dit is ook meteen het startschot voor het nieuwe financieringsbeleid van de vennootschap, dat voornamelijk berust op rechtstreekse financieringen van de activa of van de ontwikkelingsprojecten.
