Home Capital Declares Common Share Dividend

Home Capital Group Inc. (“Home Capital” or “the Company”) (TSX: HCG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a common share dividend of $0.15 per share for the third quarter 2022. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2022 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2022. The dividend is designated as an “eligible” dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
