(OTCQX: CNBB) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock in the amount of $0.29 per share, consistent with the dividend paid for the 3^rd Quarter of 2023, payable on October 11, 2024 for shareholders of record on September 30, 2024.
